Hello my dear classmates!

Before I start writing about myself, I want you to know that I can‘t wait to get to meet you. I'm at the other side of the world but I've already met some wonderful people from San Luis.

Ok! Hi, I‘m Úlfar Viktor, your new classmate. You can choose if you want to call me Úlfar or Viktor, or both! I‘m from the forgotten tiny little volcanic island called Iceland, which is in the middle of the North Atlantic, sometimes not even shown on simplified maps. On this island lives 300,000 people. That is almost like San Luis. Iceland is really amazing country though and I‘m going to show you some pictures from it when I come!

I‘m going to tell you something about myself. I will get 18 years old now in October the 17th, In Iceland I‘m in school called Borgarholtsskóli and there I study sociology. Here we have to be 4 years in high school to graduate. The school usually starts at 08:10 am and sometimes I finish 12:00 and sometimes 16:00. It depends on the days. Now I‘m in summer break and preparing myself for the biggest adventure in my life.

I like to hang out and have fun with friends and meet new people, go to dance, go out for dinner, go to cinema, play football. I also love snowboarding as my country is full of snow in winters. I love listening to music and I like to sing and act and be silly. :)

I‘m just really excited for my arrival to San Luis. I can not wait to meet you guys. It‘s only a few days left! I can‘t speak much Spanish yet, but I‘m hoping that you can help me out learning it. I‘m gonna try speaking to you in Spanish, don‘t you dare laughing at me though! Hahaha.
